IndusLots is NOT an auctioneer. we own warehouses and buy/sell new, used and reconditioned industrial equipment. All the lots posted for auction are also available on our website on a retail price. We ensure functionality of all products and provide 12 months warranty if products are purchased at a retail price. This warranties and privileges are NOT valid for items sold in an auction.
Therefore, ALL sales are final, no purchased Goods may be returned, and no requests for reimbursement in whole or in part will be accepted. All sales are on an "as is where is," "in place," "with all faults" basis with no conditions or warranties whether expressed, implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, warranties or conditions as to title, description, fitness for purpose, quality, merchantability, state, condition, or otherwise no sale shall be invalidated. Descriptions have been prepared for guide purposes only and shall not be relied upon by the Purchaser for accuracy or completeness. Please contact us for additional pictures if you cannot show up for physical inspection. Purchasers shall be deemed to have relied entirely upon their inspections and investigations.

All of the equipment is functionally tested by powering ON and OFF. There is no additional testing done for this equipment. Therefore, auction sales are FINAL and must be considered AS IS. Seller is not liable for any repair cost the equipment may require after purchase.
Location of the equipment maybe at various locations. We will provide a quote for shipment. Rigging service is provided by IndusLots free of cost.
