You will be entering the property at your own risk. If you bring your children they must stay with you at all times. All items sold as is. No refunds or returns. Please look before you buy. This will be a cash only sale. Bring cash as we will not be able to hold any item while you run to the bank. We are a business and we MUST charge sales tax. If you are a dealer you must bring your resale permit with you or you will be charges sales tax.No exceptions. Note- If you buy large or heavy items you must move them. We DO NOT lift or load anything. You must bring your own help, tools, hand truck, etc. Some large items may not be movable until the end of the sale day.1:00 PM. Please ask before you buy. We provide limited bags and wrapping for your purchases. |

Hello Friends, 💥Please Note- Due to parking restrictions the sale will be held on Thurs, Fri, Sat💥 Hold on to your hats as we are preparing a great hoarder sale. We are in the process of unpacking hundreds of totes and boxes. The large home, garage and sheds are packed to the rafters. Additional information and photos coming as we sort and stage.
