Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. There will be NO online signup or paper list for this sale, please line up in an orderly fashion. We will let you in a soon as possible taking into account the limited number of people in the home at one time. All remaining comic books are 50% off, jewelry is 75% off. *** *** In addition to the terms and conditions noted above, the following will apply: *** There will be NO online signup or paper list for this sale, please line up in an orderly fashion. We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 15 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for use. Mask wearing will be REQUIRED. If you do not remember to bring a mask you will not be able to enter the home. There will be no masks available for free or for purchase. We ask that you observe social distancing both inside the home and outside the home while waiting to enter. We suggest that you bring hand sanitizer to use before and after your time at the home. Thank you for your cooperation! This is the third and final sale at the 1,200 square foot mid-century brick ranch home built in 1957. The entire home is open including the basement and garage. We sold a lot the first two sales but we keep finding more! The basement is chock-full of antique to vintage goodies from decor to collectibles to furniture in a variety of styles. There is absolutely no junk in the basement, we have reorganized and it is all ready to go. The vintage comic books sold out the second sale so we have added 8 more boxes, hundreds to choose from. There is also furniture in a variety of styles including antiques from Norway, an Art Deco waterfall desk, mid-century modern and more. There is artwork including velvet paintings, soapstone and bronze decorative items and purse and cookie jar collections as well. Also, the best quality shopping channel (QVC and HSN) jewelry collection we have seen in years! Amazing pieces from Heidi Daus, Iris Apfel, Joan Rivers, Jackie Collins and more as far as costume jewelry and Native American / Southwest Style and other sterling silver pieces as well.
