After you get your invoice, at the top of your invoice screen, you will see a scheduler for pick up. Select a time, and then be there during that time. Please Call, Text, or email (BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME) if you cannot make your scheduled pickup time. If you do not make arrangements before missing your scheduled pickup time. You will have a $10 fee to get your item after the scheduled time. If item is not picked up within 10 days of the scheduled pickup, and arrangements were not made BEFORE the scheduled pickup time. Your item will go back on the auction for new bidding and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. WE ARE HAPPY TO WORK WITH YOU TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE!
