Regarding Condition: All cards were reviewed and considered individually by Rick. We made every attempt to identify every crease or issue. We have done our best given the appropriate time to devote to each card to describe it to you. Some of the descriptions are similar even if the cards themselves are slightly different. Honestly, it would be very time consuming to "Grade" Each card and assign a P- GM MT Grade to it.  Almost ALL of these cards fall somewhere in the middle.  We have used the words "Colelctor Grade" to describe these cards for the most part.  If a card were "Investment Grade "  meaning we felt it was likely to receive an exceptional grade to dramatically enhance its value, we would indicate that. 

We took copious clear photographs and in many cases magnified close ups of corners and edges so you can really see the card. We hope these help you make your decision to bid or buy. We have spent 50 years looking at cards and analyzing them. We Buy and accept on consignment Collections. Sportscards have been a great investment over time. Very little of any significance has gone down in value. We all know what happened with the 80's 90's. But even in that era, there are cards that have found a resurgence. We happen to be PSA and PSADNA Authorized representatives. You can find us on their website. However, with the backlog of lower priced submissions, and the extended timeline for turnaround time, we have been selling lots of cards that would otherwise be submitted to PSA. Some may be in this auction, or upcoming ones. However, we have spent an entire career supplying "Raw" card collectors with their collections.

For those of you that were buying in the 1970's - 1990's, you might remember my ads in SCD as "Mr. Non Mint." While Mr. Mint messed up the hobby for a lot of people, We have been show promoters (over 500 Shows).  Store owners (SportsCard Central for 30 years) and auctioneers for 30 years.  I hope I have been a positive influence over the years. We always appreciate hearing from old customers.  We know what we sold, and are happy for everyone that made a GREAT purchase from us.  We sold the first PSA 10 1952 Bowman Mickey Mantle Raw for $5000 (around the time PSA started).  (We weren't PSA fans at the beginning).
