ESTATE AUCTION PROS SALE TERMS :
Announcements day of sale take precedence Any references to items being sold with regards to age, rarity, condition, significance, origin, etc. are statements of opinion only. The bidder accepts full responsibility for determining the value and/or authenticity of the merchandise being sold. Bidder registration requires a CURRENT, valid, state, photo identification card. Out of state bidders must pay with U.S. funds or MC/VISA/DISCOVER/AMERICAN EXPRESS unless we have done significant business with you in the recent past, or prior payment arrangements have been made. $50.00 check limit if you are paying by check, are unknown to the auction staff, and have made no prior credit approval arrangements - no exceptions. 4% convenience fee will be added to your total purchase price when you pay for your purchases using a credit card. 10% buyer's premium will be added to all on-site bid purchases in order to help offset some of the significant amount of time and money associated with bringing this auction to market. 15% buyer's premium will be added to all absentee bid purchases. Absentee & Phone bid inquiries must be completed 48 hours prior to the start of the auction. Absentee bids require a $100 minimum opening bid per item. Phone bids require a $300 minimum opening bid per item. Absentee & Phone bid payment - you will be notified of your successful high bid(s) by a member of our team at the conclusion of the auction and will be required to pay for their purchase(s) at that time using MC/VISA/Discover/American Express. Absentee & Phone bid shipping - you will be required to pay UPS directly for all packing, insurance, and delivery charges. Estate Auction Pros will gladly deliver your item(s) to UPS free of charge within 2 business days of the auction's conclusion. Shipping damage claim - YOU will file any damage during shipment claims with the carrier. You will have NO claim rights against Estate Auction Pros, LLC. All items are sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" with NO expressed or implied warranties or guarantees. You take possession of and are responsible for the items you purchase when the auctioneer declares the item to be sold and acknowledges you as being the high bidder. After you take possession of your purchase(s), no refunds will be given in the event your item is lost, stolen, or damaged. We accept U.S. funds, MC / VISA / DISCOVER / AMERICAN EXPRESS, and personal checks - if and only if you are known by the auction staff. All items must be paid for before removing them from the sale site. All items must be removed from the sale site on the day of sale - unless special arrangements are made.
