Please be aware that any condition statement is given as a courtesy to a client, it is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. Schweitzer Auction Service shall have no responsibility for any error or omission. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections or the effects of aging. We make no guarantees to the item being complete, in working order or any guarantee of the above. You may come inspect the items for your own judgement by appointment.

BUYERS PREMIUM: There is NO BUYERS Premium on this Auction. All Sales are FINAL!

AUCTIONEERS COMMENTS: All bidders shall have their financing in order, and able to pay in certified funds within 48 hours of the auction closing. The reserve on this truck has been met. The truck will be sold to highest bidder.. The pickup address will be confirmed to winning bidder at conclusion of the auction, and is in Lincoln, NE USA. The truck has a clear Nebraska Title.

BIDDING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: It is the buyer's responsibility to understand all the term and conditions prior to submitting any/all bids. When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confidential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their account. Schweitzer Auction Service is acting as agents for the seller. All auctions are sold with reserve unless otherwise stated. Reserves, if any, will not be disclosed. All final bids are subject to seller's confirmation. Only the top bidder will be contacted to the status of his/her bid.

CAUTION: Please note sometimes for demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.

CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.

PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include cashiers check, wire transfer & cash. Payment must be made at the conclusion of the auction or within 48 hours of the conclusion of the auction, and before the vehicle can be picked up.

SALES TAX: Sales tax will be paid by the buyer when the vehicle is licensed and paid to your local taxing authority. No taxes will be charged by auction company.

TITLES: Titles will be mailed to buyer within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS.

STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 3:00pm CDT On Saturday Jan 22, 2022!. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of any lot.

SHIPPING: NO SHIPPING IS PROVIDED. However - we are willing to work with your shipper at your expense. Please message us for more info!

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS', with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.

When using our online auction services, you are making firm commitments to purchase said items and are entering into a legal and binding contract. Bids may not be cancelled or retracted for any reason.

NON-PAYING BIDDERS or fraudulent bidding will subject you to legal recourse and possible criminal charges including any fraud and/or interstate commerce violations. You also acknowledge that the Internet may be an unreliable and error prone network. The exterior of the truck has quality paint finish for its age. A few minor scratches, and dent in rear bumper. The RESERVE has been met on this truck and will be sold to highest bidder! Auctioneers Comments: Update 2/3/22 - The truck has sat for about one year before owner decided to sell. A fresh tank of gas was put in this week, new radiator hose, and overfill tank. The truck is a little sluggish in cold-weather starting. In a test drive on 2/3/22 for just a couple of miles I noted it sluggish at first, once warmed up ran without hesitation.
