**WE SELL AN ITEM AS IS AND WHERE IT IS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DISMANTLE AND MOVE ITEMS. IF BUYING A LARGE ITEM PLEASE BE PREPARED TO GET ASSISTANCE.

We do not allow large bags into the sale and reserve the right to inspect all bags.

**We take no responsibility for moving items, damage to item or injuries occurred while moving a purchase . If an employee of China Cat Antiques, LLC does assist you we do not assume any responsibility for damage.

**All sales are FINAL NO REFUNDS are given so please check item carefully. If electrical make sure you plug the item in and test it. All item are sold ‘As Is.’
