We've been hired to liquidate a very large grouping of Longaberger baskets, pottery, wrought iron, wood & fabric accessories from the estate of a long-time Longaberger consultant and collector! 

We also will be selling Britains and lead soldiers and other miniatures; a 200 pc. collection of vintage and collector banks, vintage cameras and accessories; and antique & modern toys.

Registering to bid constitutes your acceptance of all below: By bidding you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions. No exceptions. This is an absolute auction. Internet Premium: 15%

Sales Tax: 6% PA sales tax unless you provide us a current TE number.

Participation Requirements: Valid credit card required to register on HiBid for approval.

Payment: All items are to be paid for IN FULL with credit card. NO exceptions. All major credit cards accepted. You will be contacted following the auction for the 3-digit CVV number on the back of the credit card on file- please have that number readily available. Credit cards will be charged immediately upon receiving this information, so please make sure sufficient funds are available for immediate release.

Ending Date & Time: Lots begin to close at 6:00 pm on Thursday, February 9, 2022.

Pick-Up Information: Lots are to be picked up at the Lower Milford Fire Co., 1601 Limeport Pike Coopersburg PA on Friday, February 11, from 4- 8 p.m. If you cannot pick-up on Saturday, call 484.866.1347 to schedule an appointment for Sunday, February 13. Appointments will be between 1-4 p.m. Shipping must be requested prior to purchase.

Special Terms: If we are unable to contact you and/or we do not hear from you by Saturday, February 12 at noon, your items will be considered abandoned. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Items are to be picked up within the scheduled pick-up time, unless other arrangements have been made. All items must be paid for in full before removal. NO pets at removal location.

If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears.

The auction is being conducted online based in Lehigh County Pennsylvania. These Terms and Conditions are entered into in Lehigh County PA regardless of the physical location of the bidder, the seller or the Auctioneer. All property is offered for sale in Lehigh County PA and will be knocked down based on the home base of Lehigh County PA. Each bidder has made a willing and knowing election to participate in the Auction, and to engage in the transactions arising from and/or related to the auction based in Lehigh County Pennsylvania.

Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf. Furthermore, the Auction Company has no restrictions on employees and or family members of employees and Auction Company to place bids on their own behalf, not on the behalf of Auction Company or auction company's consignors and or sellers.
