Sign up will be out side 1 hour prior to the sale start time to get in the door first, we ask that you stay 6 feet apart at all times from others, Social distancing will be required.

We are required to charge sales tax in the State of Wisconsin on all Estate Sales unless you are a business and you provide a sales tax exempt number
