Maryland sales tax(6%) will be charged on all items unless a Maryland resale certificate or exemption certificate is sent to our office prior to the auction closes. All items are sold as is, where is and with all faults. Capital Online Auctions does not offer any kind of warranty, expressed or implied as to any item's condition, quality or value. All of the winning bidders must pick up the items on the designated date during the designated times. The buyers are responsible for disconnecting any plumbing, shelving or other items that are connected. The buyers are responsible for any damage that they cause. Any items not picked up during those times will be considered abandoned.

Online only in which the auction starts closing at 1:00 pm (Eastern Time) on Friday, February 4, 2022. The first item in catalog order will close at 1pm, then 1 item per minute, thereafter. If there are any bids in the final 3 minutes, that item(s) will be extended for 3 additional minutes, and keep extending as long as there is a bid in the 3 minute extension(s).

 

Preview Inspection Date: By appointment on Thursday, February 3, 2022 from 11:00am-1:00pm.

 

Preview Appointment: The preview sign up will appear on our portal the day before the above date: CLICK HERE to go to the preview portal.

 

Removal: By appointment on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 10am-5pm.  Shipping is available. If shipping is needed, you are responsible to pay for and arrange for the shipping to be picked up on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 10am-5pm.  You are also responsible to pay a packaging fee to the seller.  For items that ship on a pallet, there is a $40 fee due to the seller to palletize and wrap or strap each pallet (up to 48x48).  For items that can ship USPS, UPS or FedEx, there would be a $15 fee and you are responsible to send a prepaid shipping label to the seller and schedule a pickup on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 10am-5pm.

  • Your bid price will be multiplied by the quantity listed on the lot (Example: you bid $1 on a lot that has a quantity of 50, you are agreeing to a bid of $50 + buyers premium and applicable tax on that lot).
