(we can work around your schedule if needed) The pickup address will be provided to winning bidders at the end of the auction Staff will be available for loading of items. Parking is available on the property Please do not block driveways during pick Up. Please be respectful of neighbors and neighbors driveways. Pre-sales are NOT available. Sales tax will be added to all purchases unless you have a valid CA resale license. All items are SOLD "as is, where is" unless otherwise stated. DEALERS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME! The Owner/ Builder was the last rural postal carrier for the city of Placentia ,Ca.
