Take the Lone Pine Exit 30 off I-79 (south of Washington, PA). Turn toward Lone Pine at the storage unit facility and continue to Marianna. Go through the crossroads intersection on Lone Pine and Beallsville Road and turn onto Barr Run Road. The property is located on the left. Watch for ‘Behm’s Auction’ signs.
This will be the FINAL auction from the Richard Birch estate. This large home and garages are holding an outstanding amount of quality items for the final auction. Mr. Birch enjoyed collecting items from a large variety of fields for numerous years.
Online Bidding IS NOW OPEN for this auction. Bidding will close at 6:00 pm on Friday, March 4th.
Auction will start to soft close with Lot 1 at 6:00 pm, and a lot will close every 15 seconds unless there is bidding activity on that Lot.
Preview will be Tuesday, March 1st from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
Pick-up will be One Day Only: Saturday, March 5th from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
