 -We accept Cash, Credit Card with purchases over $20, a 5% fee will be applied to CC.

 -Absolutely NO PRESALES.  Doors open at 7 AM on SALE DAY.

 -You May Line Up:  GARAGE

- We encourage you to arrive early as an entry line does form.  For the safety of our buyers, we do limit the number of buyers in the building.  If a line forms, we appreciate your patience. 

-Please Park respectively & do not block driveways

 -Absolutely NO HOLDS

 -We DO NOT disclose pricing prior to sale. 

 -Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve, will have a large price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with large items. We encourage you to bring your own SOLD TAGS for LARGE ITEMS or Items being placed in the HOLDING AREA-

-All Sales Are Final

-Holding area: We will provide a holding area.  If you choose to leave items in the holding area, you are leaving them AT YOUR OWN RISK. We will not be held responsible for items left in the holding area. We encourage you to shop with a friend and bring a box or bag to make your shopping experience easier if you choose to buy in bulk. All ITEM PLACED IN HOLDING ARE CONSIDERED SOLD.  DO NOT PUT ITEMS ON SOLD TABLE UNLESS YOU ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE.
