Love wins the day!

This weekend we are in San Mateo again, yay!  He is a highly successful CFO type, who moved to this immaculate home over a decade ago.  Downsizing with his lovely to live the rest of their days in this single story home was their goal, fate played a different hand and he lost her to cancer a few years ago. Joyfully, he is on his way to happiness again as he's engaged and combining households with his fiance.  Luckily she has more than everything they need, so we are fortunate to purchase his well loved and cared for items.  He is an avid mountain climber who taught me that women actually make better climbers than men! (Happy National Women's month).
