Auction Terms & Conditions

Upon registration, bidder accepts terms of this auction.
1. Registration required with valid credit card. 18% Buyers Premium for credit card or combined credit card/cash/check payments. 15% Buyer's Premium for cash/check payments. Maryland State sales tax of 6.0% will be charged for purchases when applicable.
2. All Items must be paid for prior to pick up.
3. A paid receipt must be provided to pick up your items.
4. ** If you want to pay by cash or check, please indicate this when you register for this auction. All bidders who do not indicate a cash/check payment upon registration will be charged for items won the day after the sale using the credit card registered with HiBid.
5. Cash or check payments must be made in person at B. Dudley & Son Auctioneers located at 9542 Deereco Rd, Timonium, MD 21093
6. **Before you bid, know that items are required to be removed from the Auction Location on the designated pickup day(s). Any removal after the designated pick up days will require permission from ownership
7. **You will be required to bring your own removal personel.
8. Some items may need partial demolition (e.g. bar, bar back, walk-in unit).
9. There is no shipping unless you provide your own shipper, packing & pickup within specified dates.
10. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any "miscued" bids by bidder. IE: Decimal in the in wrong place, you bid on the wrong thing, the cat jumped on the keyboard, etc.
11. All sales are final. B. Dudley and Son Auctioneers has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All measurements provided in item descriptions should be considered approximations. All property is sold "as-is" "where is" and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Printed statements or descriptions by staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. Absolutely NO refunds will be offered.
12. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the terms of the auction.
13. B. Dudley and Son Auctioneers reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person.
14. When removing the lots you have won, you MUST remove the complete lot - no picking and leaving what you do not want.
15. B. Dudley and Son Auctioneers reserves the right to alter the auction catalog at any given time.

This auction is for the contents of a Fells Point bar located at 801 S. Ann St in Baltimore MD formally know as The Wharf Rat. Nautical collectibles, restaurant furniture and equipment. Demolition necessary for bar back, bar, and walk-in refrigerator removal, Online-Only bidding is open now and will begin to close on 3/21/2022 at 7:00 P.M. EST.
