STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM Central Time on Thursday, March 24th, 2022. The first item will begin to close at 6:00 PM Central Time and an item will close every 20 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended and the item clock will be reset to 2 minutes when ever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.

No sales tax will be charged for this auction.

SHIPPING: Please contact the auction company by email after you receive your invoice from us at the conclusion of the auction if you would like your items shipped. Schneider Auctioneers LLC will ship certain items (nothing extremely heavy, fragile or hard to pack) AT BUYER'S EXPENSE via UPS. If you have questions about shipping please contact us BEFORE YOU BID! Shipping will be charged to buyer at actual UPS shipping cost, we do not charge extra for boxes, packing material or labor. Please call with any questions before bidding.

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out.

PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include:

New bidders (bidders that have not purchased from us before) that spend over $2,000 must pay by bank wire transfer or cash. We will email you our bank wire transfer information the morning after the auction.
Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (with a 3% convenience fee). We do not accept credit or debit cards on transactions over $2,000 from new customers.
Check with proper ID. Checks over $2,000 are not accepted from new bidders.

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.

The Auction Company reserves the right to privately disclose to other bidders who the competing or winning bidder is on a specific lot or lots if they request that information, but only after the auction has ended.

CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.

The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.

In the event a winning bidder does not pick up their items, make arrangements for an alternate pick up time, or make arrangements for payment and shipping by the end of the last scheduled pick up day the Auction Company has the right to sell the items to a back up bidder if they choose. Additionally, the Auction Company may at their discretion permanently ban the non paying bidder from doing business with Schneider Auctioneers LLC in all future auctions.

Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Schneider Auctioneers, LLC reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR SCHNEIDER AUCTIONEERS, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Schneider Auctioneers, LLC.
