Auction Company does NOT help with load out. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE! Items must be paid for before pick up day. There will be no cashiers on site at pick up. Any item left after pick up times published will be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made. Cusoters are, however, still responsible for payment. Auction Company nor Sellers are responsible for accidents. SHIPPING: We will only ship small, lightweight items. Contact auction comapny if in doubt. There is a $10 per lot handling charge PLUS actual shipping cost. CREDIT CARD, check or cash. There will be a link in the invoice for you to pay by either check or card. If paying by cash at pick up, please bring exact amount. Bring your own muscle. Auction company nor seller is allowed to help with load out of heavy items per insurance. Very nice furniture, outdoor furniture, Like New petite power lif/recliner chair, quilts, washing machine, dryer , new WOLF oven, costumer jewelry and miscellaneous household items 13 Craft master chair. In excellent to perfect condition. Appears to be new and never used 14 Floor lamp and 2 table lamps. TAble lamps are 2' and 30". They appear black in the picture but I really just a very very dark deep brown 16 40 inch Samsung Smart TV Model # UN40j5200AFXZA 18 Pair of bookshelves books not included. 28 inches wide 25 Howard Miller clock. 18h x 14w x 8d Has name plate on the front. 27 Small Budweiser tin and Cardinal button Mobil zippo tape measure and misc. 28 Vintage lighters including Ronson . Working condition unknown 30 Bell and Howell binoculars. 8 x 40, extra wide angle, ultraviolet fully coded lenses 40 Vintage Dr. pepper outdoor thermometer. 12 inches in diameter working condition unknown. Front galss is gone 42 Wicker side table and miscellaneous decor including giraffe planter and lamp 43 Power lift and recline chair. Has been used only a couple of times. Golden brand. 47 Small bench with three drawers. Measures20 inches tall by 19 inches wide by 11 deep 49 2 chairs. Arms need cleaned.
