2. You MUST move your own items. If you are planning on buying a large or heavy item, bring help with you. We WILL NOT have anyone to help you move and have no way to deliver items. You are responsible for any damage you cause to home or grounds. Buyer must remove items at the time of purchase, unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to purchase.
3. Announcements posted on the day of sale take precedence over any previous printed material pertaining to this sale.
4. Payments: Cash, Credit and/or debit cards will be accepted with a purchase over $10. No checks.
5. 7% Florida Sales Tax will be collected on all purchases, unless you have a VALID FLORIDA Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.
6. You are at your own risk on property and grounds.
7. No strollers, aggressive animals, food, drink or smoking permitted.
8. We reserve the right to limit number of persons inside the sale.
9. We reserve the right to remove person(s) from home or grounds.
10. Sale hours are from 10:00 to 2:00.

Multi Estate liquidation. The contents of 11 estates is being liquidated this Friday and Saturday from 10 to 4. This is an eclectic collection of everything from custom made Lazy Boy, off-white electronic recliners to Collector dolls and boating and fishing gear and everything in between. This sale is packed full of goodies, there is sure to be something for everyone.

 

Sale highlights include stunning (10k, 14k and 18k) gold jewelry, sterling silver jewelry and costume jewelry galore. A large collection of stunning porcelain collector Dolls, many in original boxes with paperwork. Boating items including Spring Line Davits, a Brand New Lewmar 45 pound dredge anchor, a new teak and stainless boat ladder, a Lewmar winch, a folding deck table, a water resistant dry storage box and TP holder. There are also many deep water rods and other assorted rods and holders. Several beautiful pieces of furniture, a BRAND NEW, sealed, projection TV and surround sound system with an MSRP of over $6K. Many beautiful dish sets and assorted serving pieces. Glassware and cookware as well as many small kitchen appliances. A beautiful Stickley Dining table and chairs, a brand new live edge dining table, Thomasville and Ethan Allen furniture and a beautiful, antique, mahogany china cabinet with secretary drawer.  We also have a collection of vintage action figures and games as well as a Barbie doll house and an LOL doll house with accessories. Several vintage cradles and dolls. Vintage stereo equipment and speakers, tools, books, CD’s, DVD’s, records, cigar boxes, area rugs, throw pillows and lawn and garden tools. These items are part of 11 estates that we have been hired to liquidate, they have all been relocated to our store in Dunedin for immediate liquidation. We are in the process of closing out 2 of the estates this weekend, so all items (Excluding gold) are 25% off prices marked. All area rugs, throw pillows and cigar boxes are 50% off marked prices.
