B & H Auction strives to accurately describe all auction items, however, written and/or oral descriptions are only our opinion and should not be considered a guarantee or warranty either express or implied. Also, the absence of a condition report does not does not imply it is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Bidders cannot rescind or reduce their bids. All sales are final - no refunds or returns. B & H Auction reserves the right to reject any bid at its sole discretion. Auctioneer has right to withdraw or add items at their sole discretion, can group individual lots together or split single lots into multiples, and has right to settle all bidding disputes.
