Buyer is responsible for inspection of items. Please look at all pictures carefully and read descriptions.  We try to show items from several angles to give our bidders the best opportunity to see any imperfections. We will also note any known defects within the item description.
The Auctioneer/Company accepts no responsibility for incorrect descriptions, errors or omissions either made in ads or given by the Auctioneer.  All information is from sources deemed reliable but is not guaranteed.  Know what you are bidding on.
Bidder is solely responsible for items purchased immediately following your winning bid, and for the safe and timely pickup of all items you win during the auction. Auction staff is not available to help with moving, dismantling or loading items.  Please bring your own packing material, moving equipment and help. Small items are boxed but not wrapped.

PAYMENT, FEES and TAXES:  All items must be paid for in full prior to removing from auction site.  We accept cash, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, credit and debit cards (a 4% convenience fee will be charged for credit/debit card charges).  Sorry, no checks (no exceptions). There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to all final bids.  A 7% Sales Tax will be added to all final bids and Buyer’s Premium. Payment is not automatically charged at end of auction. Payment is due at time of pickup.
Listing Information

Exceptional collection of glassware, collectibles, dishes, baking and serving pieces, dolls, pictures, Christmas decor and some furniture.  Items have been in storage for decades and are in excellent condition.  Carnival, depression, and cut glass in green, amber, blue and clear. A nice collection of dolls and christmas decor. Many baking and serving pieces.  Items are in mint condition, very few flaws.

AUCTION DATES/TIMES: Auction will start at 8:00 am ET on Saturday, April 9, 2022, with a soft close beginning at 6pm ET on Thursday, April 14, 2022, closing at 2 items per minute with 1 minute extensions.  Auction will complete approximately 9:00 pm ET.

RESERVE ITEMS.  Some items will have a set reserve price and will be marked as such in the description.  If you are bidding on one of these items and do not meet the Reserve, Auctioneer will contact hightest bidder to discuss reserve price.  You are under no obligation to purchase.  If the highest bidder declines, auctioneer will contact other bidders in order of bid to provide opportunity to purchase.

PAYMENT:  Payment is made at time of pick up. A 10% Buyers Premium is in effect on all lots. Sales tax of 7% will be assessed on all puchases. Invoices will be sent to email on file to winning bidders by 5pm ET on Friday, April 15th. Pickup will be on Saturday, April 16th from 9am-2pm ET.  Cash, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo and Credit/Debit cards (4% fee added), sorry no checks. Invoices will be emailed to all winning bidders at close of auction or after settlement of any pending reserve items.

PICKUP: Pickup location is in area of Atrium Health Hospital in Concord.  Exact address will be provided to winning bidders only with invoice, and will be held on Saturday, April 16th from, 9am tp 2pm.  If you are not able to pick up your items during this time, you can arrange a pick up time with auctioneer. Buyer is responsible for dismantling and removing all items.  Auction staff will not be available to assist.  Please bring all tools, packing material and help needed to remove your items. Small items are in boxes but not wrapped.  Directional signs will be posted.
