All sales are "as is" and final. No returns accepted. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Union Pay. We collect sales tax. Front door entrance and exit only. Security on staff at all times. All items purchased are the sole responsibility of the customer. We can place a Sold sign on the item and hold for the duration of the sale until help is available to you. If the item is not picked up before the end of the sale, it becomes property of the estate sales company. Bring help to load heavy items. Three (3) day sales are Friday/Full price, Saturday/25% off and Sunday/1/2 off. Two (2) day sales are Saturday/Full price and Sunday/1/2 off. Time of sale is always 9am - 4pm on all days. EARLY BIRDS will not be allowed entrance before time of sale. Not responsible for accidents. No public restroom.
*For the benefit of all our customers, we do not allow pre-sales of the items before the estate sale begins. In rare circumstances the client, their family, or a legal representative withdraws advertised items before the sale opens and this is beyond our control. Whenever possible we update the pictures and description to reflect the withdrawal.*
