Please call before bidding to discuss shipping arrangements.
For shipping for one single item the purchase rate has to be a minium of $50 USD, or if you buy multiple items the purchase rate for Auction 18 to ship is $75 USD. Will need a Card for shipment

A 15% buyers premium will be added to the highest bid to arrive at the total purchase price. Payment in full will be charged to the winning bidder at the close of the auction.

No credit card charge backs allowed. MS 7% SALES TAX is CHARGED, UNLESS a resale tax permit number is on file.

All items will be sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' without guarantees or warranties from Auction 18. It is the sole responsibility of each bidder to personally inspect each item he/she wishes to purchase. The items are selling AS IS with YOU making the decision in regard to authenticity.

A credit card is required to register to participate in this auction.

THIS AUCTION FEATURES AN AUTO BID EXTEND

AUCTION END TIMES: Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time. Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. When a bid is placed in the final 3 minutes of bidding, the auction bidding will be automatically extended 3 minutes from the time the bid was placed (i.e., if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, the close time will automatically extend to 6:02).The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 3-minute time frame.

SERVER, SOFTWARE TECHNICAL OR INTERNET ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Auction 18 reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR AUCTION 18 SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Auction 18 will send email notifications to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary.

DISCLAIMERS & ABSENCE OF WARRANTIES:
* Information contained herein believed to be accurate but not guaranteed by Auction 18.
* In all transactions, the Auctioneer is acting as agents for the Seller only. Property will be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees, expressed or implied, by Auction 18.
* All decisions of the AUCTIONEER are final.

Auction 18 reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason prior to the close of bidding.

Auction 18 reserves the right to cancel this auction, or remove any item or lot from this auction prior to the close of bidding.

Bidder Verification:
The identity of all bidders will be verified, bidding rights are provisional, and if complete verification is not possible, Auction 18 will reject the registration, and bidding activity will be terminated. The Seller and Auction 18 reserve the right to preclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person's credentials, mental fitness, etc.

Bidder responsiblities include, but not limited to:
Bidders agree to keep his/her usename and password confidential, as each individual is responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving his/her account. If your USERNAME is offensive to Auction 18, then we reserve the right to terminate your bidding.

When using the web site you must obey any and all local state and federal laws. Violations will result in termination of web site use privileges. Auction company employees and/or Auction 18 may bid on this auction. We gather aggregate information from this web site, which may include but is not limited to : number of page visitors, most visited pages, any all correspondence.

DEFAULT:If purchases are not settled by the specified pick up day, it will be considered in default. Upon default the bidder will be black listed/blocked from bidding on Auction 18's auctions. All defaulted items may be offered to the next highest qualified bidder at the discretion of Auction 18.

Buyer and Bidder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Auction 18 and its Agents and its Representatives form any and all claims, damages or suits including but not limited to awards, judgements, costs, fees, etc.

If items are not picked up within 7 days of auction closing, all items left become the sole property of Auction 18 and no refund is given. No leniency in regard to this policy!


15% Buyers Premium and 7% sales tax will be charged to all winning bids.



Auction 18 takes Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for payments on any items won. Credit cards will be charged at the closing of the auction. Any items not picked up by the 7th day after the auction, will become property of Auction 18.
