All items Treasure Chest Estate Sale sells are pre-owned and used. You should expect the signs of wear. While we do our best to provide multiple images, any damage, description, and measurements, the absence of descriptive condition must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Please refer to all photos, as they are part of the description. Photo may be slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photography.

Auctions do not work like retail stores where you can return an item or get a refund. So, you must be sure that you can uphold your end of the agreement before placing your bid(s). Buyer agrees that they MAY NOT RETURN AN ITEM THEY PURCHASED OR REQUEST A REFUND. If the name of the individual picking up the items does not match the name on the account/invoice, you must send an authorization to treasurechestestate@gmail.com before the pick-up date.

It is required for the buyer to remove their winning items. Be prepared with adequate help at the pickup. Moving service during the pick-up will BE PROVIDED for an additional cost.

SHIPPING WILL BE PROVIDED VIA USPS PRIORITY MAIL. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR SHIPPING REQUESTS. A HANDLING FEE PLUS MATERIALS IN ADDITION TO SHIPPING COST WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL SHIPPING ORDERS. MULTIPLE LOTS WILL BE COMBINED TO MAKE SHIPPING AS COST EFFECTIVE AS POSSIBLE. SHIPPING FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT ADDRESS FROM YOUR WINNING INVOICE.

Winning bidders will receive address information for pick up via email - LET US KNOW IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS. Make sure you have selected in your dashboard to receive Auction Win instructions via email. APPOINTMENTS REQUESTED VIA EMAIL OR PHONE CALL WILL NOT BE HONORED!

Pick up: SUNDAY 05/08 10:00AM - 1:00PM. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP WINNING ITEMS PLEASE DO NOT BID. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND - NO EXCEPTIONS.

For Tax-exempt purchases please make sure that you have uploaded tax-exempt information and certificate before bidding.
