We also have hand sanitizer available. We ask that you DO NOT disturb home or homeowners prior to sale start or after sale hours. There are no public restrooms. Sales • First come first serve for sale of merchandise. Line format (not numbers) at opening. • All merchandise sold AS IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL so please test and check carefully before checkout. • We do not quote prices prior to sale unless the item is listed as a presale item. • We reserve the right to verify, check and/or correct any prices on items with missing or incorrect price tags. Payment • We accept cash & credit cards. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit/debit purchases. • We do not accept checks. Safety • Please be careful throughout the home MVP is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur on or near the property. • Watch your step as you enter home. Pick-up/Delivery/Large Items • Please have help for large items. We do not move, load or transport merchandise. • All items must be picked-up prior to end of sale. |

He received degrees from Ferris State and Wayne State in Commercial Art and Education, respectively. After over 30 years as an automotive and design engineer for General Motors, he retired and worked on his art full time. Andrew's art depicts everyday events such as weddings, parties, sports events, abstracts, African, 3D, etc. Some of Andrews's notable works include portrait of Dr. Odell Nails on display at the Double O Ranch in Davisburg, Michigan; "Okulgee Rodeo" and portrait of Nelson Jackson which were on display at the Cowboy Hall of Fame and multiple others. He has also done illustrations for books and comics. Andrew's amazing original artwork, signed prints and sketches will be on display and for sale during this unique event.
