MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED. Thank you for protecting yourself and others.

Please be considerate of the other residents in the neighborhood. Do not park in, nor block their driveways. No large bags, purses, etc., as we do provide baskets for your shopping convenience.

A small evening size clutch is acceptable.

Payment is accepted via cash or with proper ID, Visa, MasterCard or Discover and are at the discretion of management.

We are a licensed business and must collect sales tax. If you are tax exempt you will need to bring and leave with us a copy of your certificate, business card, show ID and fill out the appropriate form.

Please bring assistance for moving and loading if you intend to purchase large items – no assistance can be provided. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”, without warranties nor guarantees of any kind, express or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Merchandise purchased must be removed prior to the end of the sale – any other arrangements may be made for some removals after the sale, with prior arrangements with management before the purchase of the items, and at the discretion and convenience of A Phoenix Rises.

Entry to the Sale is at your own risk, and you assume all liability by entering the onto the property. There are uneven surfaces, stairs, carpets, steps etc.. You enter at your own risk and are responsible for accidents, etc..

Children are welcome so long as they stick close by the parent or guardian and are kept from wandering. They are there at your risk and you assume all liability for them and anything they may damage.
