The Auction is West of Clinton MI and East of Brooklyn and Onsted MI. Auction is on the South side of US 12 - look for signs. Tipton is located in the Irish Hills area. Pickup & Payment Times: Friday May 27th @ 9AM-2PM & Saturday May 28th @ 9AM 2PM Pickup: All items, must be picked up on the published move out date(s). **Very important: With exception of previous arrangements with Braun and Helmer Auction Service, you MUST pick up your items on the specified date(s). If your items are not picked up within 10 days Braun and Helmer Auction Service reserves the right to forfeit your items. Auction Ending: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot each minute in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last three (3) minutes for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional minute. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group. If your items are not picked up within 10 days Braun and Helmer Auction Service reserves the right to forfeit your items. Auction Ending: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot each minute in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last three (3) minutes for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional minute.
