This is a cash only sale. All sales are final, and you, the buyer, are responsible for moving your items from the premises. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE SOMEONE THAT CAN CARRY FURNITURE ITEMS YOU PURCHASE AT THE SALE. There will be no help there to move things. Also, all items must be picked up by the end of the sale ( @ 5:00 pm).

This is going to be a wonderful sale. The owner is moving to a retirement communty, and is therefore is selling almost everything. There is service for 12 of Lenox Tuscany China, several pieces of Royal Doulton China, furniture, sterling flatware, a Maytag refrigerator, and a Kenmore washing machine and dryer. There are also lots of collectables. The home is also for sale. I will be listing photos of it in a few more days. Take a look at the photos, and if you have questions, please e-mail.
