We are hosting a MASSIVE  estate sale in Saginaw, MI. This entire house and basement are packed full! If you like antiques or are an avid collector of glassware you will not want to miss this estate sale. We have over twenty tables up in the basement alone! There will be plenty of great items to look at so be prepared to spend some time at this sale. Enter and exit will be through the garage. Please do not bring a bag or box, we have plenty available for your purchases. Due to the large amount of fragile and small items we will be limiting the initial groups of people to 20 at a time. We also strongly recommend that you take your purchases to your vehicle and do not rely solely on the sold/hold areas.

Sign-up sheet will be out at around 8:30 am. Please do not sign up anyone other than yourself and a spouse. Please use one line per person.

All items of the estate have been preserved, we never do early sales or buys of any kind. What is in the pictures & videos will be at the sale!

We now accept PayPal on purchases over $150.00.

We will only take checks in the range of $20.00 - $200.00 (if accepted). Please note, no out of state checks will be accepted. CASH is King!

Prices of items will not be posted prior to the sale, there will be no holds or early entry.

As always only the official K.R.S signup sheet(s) will be honored. Any and all street numbers do not count.

NO food, drinks, large bags/purses/backpacks, or groups of children will be allowed in the sales!

As always BRING help to load your large items, we cannot and will not load anything. Thank you.
