All Bidders must meet Random Coin qualifications to bid. Any Bidder who is not a client in good standing of Random Coin may be disqualified at Random Coin sole option and will not be awarded lots. Such determination may be made by Random Coin in its sole and unlimited discretion, at any time prior to, during, or even after the close of the auction. Random Coin reserves the right to rescind the sale in the event of nonpayment, Random Coin clerical error or for any other reason and in Random Coin sole discretion. In cases of nonpayment, Random Coin election to void a sale does not relieve the Bidder from their obligation to pay Random Coin its fees (buyer's premium) and any other damages or expenses pertaining to the lot. 17. HiBid occasionally experiences Internet and/or Server service outages, during which bidders cannot participate or place bids. If such outages occur, Random Coin may at our discretion extend bidding for the Auction. 18.
