When you purchase a firearm or ammo make sure you are aware of the following: 1) If purchasing a firearm, be sure you have plenty of time and patience to fill out the necessary paperwork. 2) Your bidder information MUST match your real name. Absolutely no nicknames, street names or other aliases. 3) We accept cash, check, or credit card in person at the time of pickup. Payments may not be made online for this auction. 4) For all firearm purchases, bring your MN Driver’s License with you. 5) You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase rifles, shotguns, and ammunition. You must be 21 to purchase a handgun. NO exceptions. 6) For handgun purchases, you must bring a Permit to Purchase or a Conceal and Carry permit. It must match your ID and your bidder information or we cannot process the sale. 7) Unless we ship your firearm to another FFL holder, a $25 NICS/Transfer charge will apply for each firearm – there are NO exceptions. 8) The minimum charge to ship a rifle, shotgun, or muzzleloader is $50. A pistol or revolver is $40. 9) Firearms may only be shipped to Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Eastern Nebraska (SpeeDee Delivery Area). 10) NPS Auctions WILL NOT hold firearms past the removal dates. If you are unable to pick up your firearm during the removal dates and times, you will be marked as a no-show and the firearm will be re-auctioned. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES! The rules set forth are for your protection and ours. If you decline or are unable to comply with any of the rules mentioned above, please do not bid. Under Federal law, in order for a Licensed Dealer to lawfully transfer a handgun or militarized rifle to a person who resides out of State, the firearm must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) within the bidder’s State of residence. The bidder may then receive the firearm from the FFL upon completion of an ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check fee, which can vary from that listed on the final invoice.
