We spend many hours taking photos and describing all lots presented for auction, but in addition please do your own research and use personal knowledge before bidding as you are the final judge of each items condition, authenticity, and true value.

- Auction lots will begin to close on [Saturday 06/25/2022 @ 7pm CT] with another lot soft closing every 20 seconds.
Bidding will be extended on lots for 2 minutes if anyone bids on that lot within the last 2 minutes of its closing.

Payment Information:
Within hours of auction closing, the card on file will be charged the total of all lots won plus a 15% buyer's premium and a paid settlement link will be emailed to the winning bidders.

Winning Bidder waives their right to any credit card charge-backs for any reason and understands there are no exchanges, refunds, or returns.

Pickup & Shipping Information:

Upon pickup, please be sure to bring proper identification via driver's license/state id, help loading, and any packing materials needed for your merchandise. We will help when possible, but cannot guarantee enough people will be free to help everyone at pickup time.

It is the winning bidder's responsibility to safely remove all items won and not damage any property or surrounding structures upon pickup. Schneider Family Auction is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur to winning bidders upon pickup of items won.

Shipping & Handling Policy:
- Bidders outside Missouri & Illinois will automatically be setup as shipping customers and we only ship via USPS Priority Mail to the shipping address on file with HiBid. If you live in Missouri or Illinois, then make sure to reply to your settlement/invoice email within 48 hours to request shipping.
- Bulk items and furniture should be considered pickup only.
- Amount charged by USPS and Handling fees will be charged to the card on file and an updated settlement link will be emailed separately within 5 business days of items being paid.
- Our Handling fee is $5.00 per box being shipped. We will combine multiple lots/items into the same box as possible while ensuring all items are packed and arrive safely.
- All items shipped will be insured and any claims necessary will be between winning bidder and USPS.
- Items not picked up by Missouri & Illinois bidders on local pickup day/time will be considered abandoned property unless shipping is requested or we have come to an special pickup agreement. Abandoned property will be disposed of or put back into inventory for future auctions with the possibility of bidder not being approved to bid in future auctions.

Online Bidding:
All bidders must complete online registration with a verified credit/debit card and must be at least 18 years of age in order to bid in this auction.

All bidders are entering into a legal binding contract with Schneider Family Auction once they bid and are legally obligated to pay for all lots/items won, and adhere to all auction terms and conditions.

Note that after an auction lot closes you may not retract a winning bid. Once the hammer drops you are responsible for payment of all lots you are the winning bidder on.

Schneider Family Auction reserves the right to add, extend, remove, cancel, retract, ban or reschedule any item/lot in this auction at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to ban bidders from future auctions if payment issues arise that are not resolved within 2 business days.

Due to this being an online only auction, please keep in mind that internet connection, server performance, or other technology may suffer difficulties and impact your ability to bid. Schneider Family Auction is not responsible for any unforeseen technical issues that could occur with the online auction process. Although we do not expect any delays or difficulties we cannot control all aspects of your online experience during this online auction.

We recommend you submit your max bids ASAP if you are not positive you will be able to follow along online as the auction lots actually close. When putting in your max bid for a lot it always stay at the lowest bid increment needed to win and only goes up by the next bidding increment when others bid more than your current winning bid.
