All Sales are final. Security guard on duty. We are a business, so sales taxes are collected. Cash preferred, credit cards accepted with $50 minimum purchase, checks are not accepted. We cannot help you load furniture or heavy items, you must bring your own movers. All purchases must be removed from the house at time of sale. No large bags allowed inside the house at any time. At the request of the homeowners children will not be allowed inside at any time. We may have to limit the number of people in the home at any time. We are not responsible for any accidents. |
