1. All items are sold "AS-IS" and all sales are FINAL. There are no guarantees by those selling or the owner. If the item you are buying is mechanical or electronic, please make sure it works before you purchase it.
2. You MUST move your own items. If you are planning on buying a large or heavy item, bring help with you. We WILL NOT have anyone to help you move and have no way to deliver items. You are responsible for any damage you cause to home or grounds. Buyer must remove items at the time of purchase, unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to purchase.
3. Announcements posted on the day of sale take precedence over any previous printed material pertaining to this sale.
4. Payments: Cash, Credit and/or debit cards will be accepted with a purchase over $10. No checks.
5. 7% Florida Sales Tax will be collected on all purchases, unless you have a VALID FLORIDA Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.
6. You are at your own risk on property and grounds.
7. No strollers, animals, food, drink or smoking permitted inside sale location.
8. We reserve the right to limit number of persons inside the sale location.
9. We reserve the right to remove person(s) from home or grounds.
10. Sale hours are from 10:00 to 4:00.
11. Restrooms are not available, please do not ask.
12. If you break and item, you are responsible for the full purchase price.
13. Please be courteous when parking in the neighborhood. Please do not park in spots labeled “Resident”, please do not block anyone’s driveway or mailbox and please do not park on the lawn.
Listing Information

This is a multi day, multi Estate sale. Starts on Saturday 5/28/22 and resumes on Tuesday 5/31/22
We will have some of the Ammo on Saturday - The rest will be available starting on Tuesday and running through Saturday. We will not be photographing the Ammo, but I will say that there will be Shotgun ammo (12ga), rifle and hand gun ammo available. There will NOT be any firearms in this sale!!
New items will be added each day as space becomes available.
Hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10AM to 4PM. **We are CLOSED on Sunday and Monday!!**

We are having a 25% off sale store wide (*excluding gold jewelry and Ammo) and 50% off all lamps, throw pillows and cushions, cigar boxes. We are still unpacking from 2 new estates, but we have a ton of new items and several collections. We have owls, elephants, Chihuahua and Dachshund figurines, butterflies galore, cats, Disney, Teen Aged Mutant Ninja Turtles, University of Alabama, University of Oklahoma, FSU, Patriots and Red Sox items.
Visit our "Boredom Busters" Section for a large selection of hobby related and learn a new skill books, vintage board games, puzzles and kids books.....as always, we have a very eclectic selection of everyday household items, kitchenware, linens, jewelry and electronics. We have a large selection of Kevlar Hurricane panels, flashlights, several fire pits, a fire grate and many other Hurricane supplies. We also have a ton of sewing and crafting items and more being unpacked daily. 3 wheelchairs, 2 folding walkers, a hydraulic Hoyer lift, 2 marine pottys, a 45 Pound Dredge anchor, off shore fishing rods, Boat Spring line Davits, brand new teak boat ladder, bait buckets, tools, golf items, outdoor furniture, a Graco paint sprayer, a Zero Gravity dual rocker and more.
We have several beautiful Lladro and Swarovski figurines, Danbury Mint Butterfly items, Waterford Crystal and so much more. We also have some wonderful gift ideas for Father's Day. We offer a wide variety of quality, brand name items, stop by soon and check out our amazing selection of items being offered this week.
