If you are tax-exempt, please bring your tax id. We prefer cash for sales under $50.00. If you see "AF" on tags, it means "As Found". Not responsible for accidents and if you Break it You Buy it. Please come and be prepared to haul furniture and pack items bought. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.. This home is small and we may need to limit the number of people in at a time.
