5058 West Avenue L-8, Quartz Hill, CA 93536 (Near the intersection of 50th Street West and Avenue L-8 in Quartz Hill.) There is plenty of street parking in front of home and parking also available across the street on vacant desert land on West Avenue L-8.
This is a small, traditional Quartz Hill old home with various furnishings, collectibles and display items all priced to sell quickly with the intention to sell out!
The home belonged to an actress of both stage and screen who also was a painter, decorator, antique and unique collector, sailor, costume designer and well known in this community. The collections are a bit eclectic, not the run of the mill and also very normal. It's kinda hard to accurately describe so come see for yourself!
The home is small so we may need to limit the number of people shopping at any one time so please prepare to be patient with us.
