Payment Instructions: We accept credit cards only. A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted by Proxibid. There will be no sales tax charged for coin or currency purchases. South Carolina Sales Tax of 6% will be charges to In-State buyers unless you have Sales Tax Exemption filled with Proxibid.

You will be notified at the end of Auction by email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined for this Auction will be Black Flagged from future auctions and their purchases will be Null and Void - NO EXCEPTIONS!

No Credit Cards, Checks or Cash will be accepted at auction site for the purchase of items. All credit cards on file with Proxibid will be charged at the conclusion of auction.

Shipping Instructions: Shipping/Pick-Up

Shipping: The Meares Company, through the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or United Parcel Service, can arrange packing and shipping at the buyer's expense. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All items over $100.00 will be insured for the purchase price. Please contact the auction company prior to purchase for general shipping and handling information. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. Buyers will also be charged a $6.00 packaging fee added to shipping cost. Meares Company will consolidate items as much as possible. Furniture And Any Other Large Items Will Not Be Shipped. Buyers can arrange freight company to pickup and ship larger items but will need to be picked up June 7, 2022 from 1PM-6PM.

Bidding Style is Staggered: Two lots will close 1 minute after the first lot in the auction consecutively. Lots will begin closing at 6 PM and continue until the final lot has closed.

* Soft Close: If a bid is placed on a lot during the last minute of bidding, the time will be extended by one minute each time.

**** If you are bidding at the close of the Auction, please make sure to select "LIVE CATALOG VIEW" to view the auction in real time. If you do not view the "LIVE CATALOG" at the conclusion of the Auction, you may need to manually refresh your computer screen. We recommend being signed into the Auction at least 15 minutes prior to closing, if you wish to bid during auction closing.
