Auction company will meet with the seller by appointment to get contracts signed and collect 10%. Down payment will be held at the title company in an escrow account.
Example on bidding. If a person puts a bid of $1000.00 and the 2nd place bidder places a bid $800. It will raise the person with the high bid to $850.00. It will not automatically take a person to the highest bid they have submitted.
