This is a commercial space so parking may be limited near the store. Visitors may be required to park a short distance so please plan accordingly.

There will be no pre-sales. "Holds" can be arranged with a 50% deposit with final payment and pick up due at the end of the sale on the final day. Deposits are non refundable, no exceptions.

Items priced at $500 and above will be open for bidding. In the event that the itemd DOES NOT SELL at the Buy It Now price, we will offer it to the buyer who has the highest bid written down that meets the reserve price. Winning bidder must submit payment at time of notification. Shipping arrangements will be made (at buyer's expense) for out of town buyers who would like to leave a bid.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Jewelry is in pre-owned condition and while we have done our best to examine and note any flaws, we will not be held responsible on the functionality of a piece once it has been purchased. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller makes any warranties of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition etc.

Buyer shall indemnify Modern Muse against any claims, damages, or liability (including reasonable attorney’s fees) as a result of an injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale. Buyer agrees to indemnify Modern Muse for any damages or losses. Buyer will not hold Modern Muse, its owners, affiliates or its employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.

Modern Muse holds a zero tolerance policy for disresepctful shoppers and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that exhibits inappropriate or aggressive behavior toward another customer or store employee. Shoppers that arrive first, get to shop first. In the event that we reach the maximum amount of shoppers in the store, we will move to a wait list format allowing the appropriate number of shoppers in as shoppers exit.
