MULTIPLE ESTATE AUCTION SATURDAY, JUNE 25th, 10:00 AM, 1835 SOUTH PLEASANTS HIGHWAY, ST. MARYS WV. From the intersection of WV Route 2 and the Ohio River bridge, continue South on Route 2 for 3/4 miles. Sale is on the left. Watch for signs. We are pleased to have been commissioned to sell items from the estates of the late David & Mary Lou Weekley and the late Harvey & Harriette Hatfield, all long term and well known residents of Pleasants County. We will also be selling select items from two other Ohio Valley area estates. Regarding the two Classic 1968 Mercury Monterey "Fastback" automobiles in our leading pictures: Both vehicles have sat in a 2 bay garage for a long period of time surrounded by packed boxes and other storage items. Initially no attempt was made to start the cars due to concerns regarding aging fuel, gasline sludge etc. One vehicle's tires held air while the other required tire replacement so both cdould be removed by trailer. Using flexible fuel lines from containers directly to the engines, both cars were started. Both engines look and sound good. Interiors appear to be in good condition for the age of the vehicles. From all appearances, these cars look like good candidates for full restoration to high quality show cars. Both presently have antique car plates dated 2005.
