This beautiful estate is in a gated community, but the client has arranged for the MAIN gate (off of 424) to remain open during the sale. It will be open at 7am each morning. *DO NOT PARK IN THE GRASS, OR IN THE GRASS OF ANY NEIGHBORS. MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE PAVEMENT! Please also observe the 25mph speed limit, and do not block neighbors driveways or mailboxes.
