AUCTION TERMS - NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES

Everything sells "As Is/Where Is". Descriptions are believed to be correct, the auctioneer and the owner make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify condition, authenticity, and description of any item prior to bidding. Once the bidding closes, the purchaser is responsible for payment and safekeeping of the merchandise. Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. If Purchaser fails to pay for their items, they agree to pay the difference in price if the item or items are resold. All bids and payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD). No refunds for lost or stolen items will be made. Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed material. Advertised items may be subject to prior sale.

BUYER'S PREMIUM & ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

An 18% Buyer's Premium will apply to all purchases. Payment in full must be made within 24 hours of the sale.
Accepted forms of payment are Wire Transfer and Credit Card. No checks. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Follow procedures when you register as a bidder.
If you are the winning bidder, and your purchases total $3,000.00 or less, your credit card will be automatically charged in full at the close of the auction.
NOTE: PURCHASES OVER $10,000.00 MUST BE MADE BY WIRE TRANSFER!

REMOVAL PROCEDURES- INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

Buyer is responsible for packing, loading, and transportation of purchased items. All machinery and equipment must be disconnected at the nearest point to the machine, by licensed electrician, pipefitter, or professional machinery mover. The party responsible for the removal of any machinery, whether the buyer or machinery mover, must provide a Certificate of Liability from their insurer, naming Norman J. Gallivan, Inc., and Stump Printing, Inc., as named insureds. The Certificate of Insurance MUST come directly from your insurance provider, in accordance with these terms of sale. No photocopies, or blank certificates, will be accepted!
