While we do our best to provide multiple images, any damage, description, and measurements, the absence of descriptive condition must not be taken to imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Auctions do not work like retail stores where you can return an item or get a refund. So, you must be sure that you can uphold your end of the agreement before placing your bid(s). ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS. Bidders are strongly encouraged to ask any questions before bidding. Please email us at treasurechestestate@gmail.com or send a text message to 908.240.7211. Buyer agrees that they MAY NOT RETURN AN ITEM THEY PURCHASED OR REQUEST A REFUND. If the name of the individual picking up the items does not match the name on the account/invoice, you must send an authorization to treasurechestestate@gmail.com before the pick-up date.
It is required for the buyer to remove their winning items. Be prepared with adequate help at the pickup.

SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR THE JEWELRY AND SMALL ITEMS. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER AND WOULD LIKE YOUR ITEM(S) SHIPPED, YOU MUST SEND US A SHIPPING REQUEST AT treasurechestestate@gmail.com or send a text with the order number at 908.240.7211. IF WE DON’T HEAR FROM YOU REGARDING THE SHIPPING THE SAME DAY OF AUCTION CLOSE ITEMS WILL BE FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND.
A HANDLING FEE PLUS MATERIALS IN ADDITION TO SHIPPING COST WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL SHIPPING ORDERS. MULTIPLE LOTS WILL BE COMBINED TO MAKE SHIPPING AS COST EFFECTIVE AS POSSIBLE. SHIPPING FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
ALL ITEMS WILL BE READY FOR SHIPMENT WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE LOCAL PICKUP DATE.

Pick up: Sunday 07/3 10:00AM – 1:00PM. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP WINNING ITEMS PLEASE DO NOT BID. ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING ALLOTTED TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED WITHOUT REFUND - NO EXCEPTIONS.

For Tax-exempt purchases please make sure that you have uploaded tax-exempt information and certificate before bidding.
