Immediately following the auction, the winning bidder(s) will be required to sign a real estate sales contract and pay twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price as a non-refundable down payment, payable to the title company which shall hold the money in escrow until closing.

The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing which will take place at  Hiett Land Title (610 S Grand Ave, Houston, MO 65483 | (417) 967-0238) on or before 30 days after the auction date.

The 2022 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Closing costs will be split between buyer & seller. (Buyer pays any Mortgagor expenses)
