This house was built to be able to transport and includes the front attachment and tandem bogie. Buyer will be responsible for hiring a trucking company and all required permits for transport. Along with the house, the deck and ponds are also included as is all the furnishings inside. This structure has been used very little over the last several years mainly for meetings. When taking pictures, we noticed where there was a small roof leak, please refer to the pictures. Once the sale has been awarded, the department will have all plumbing and electrical disconnected from the structure, after that all removal will be the responsibility of the buyer.
