The descriptions of item/lots appearing in the auction and in advertising prior to the auction are believed to be correct. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions nor any oral statement made by Owner/Seller or Auctioneer concerning any item/lot shall be construed as a warranty either express or implied. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of Buyer, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from sale premises. You WILL receive an invoice after auction closing. Please check your spam folder if you did not get one. NYS sales tax will be added to the invoice and you MUST bring a tax form on pickup day/days if you are tax exempt. Also added to your invoice will be the Buyer's Premium. 10% if Paid with Cash, Good NYS Check or Wire Transfer, 13% if paid with Credit Card. If you do NOT pick up your items on pickup day/days, your card on file will be charged anyway.
