Preview is by appointment only in Hellertown, PA. If you wish to preview any items, please send a request through the "Contact" tab at http://lesbeyerauctioneer.com. We will contact you to set up an appointment.

We reserve the right to withdraw any item(s) prior to sale.

Buyer's Premium of 15% will be added to the hammer price of each individual item sold. The Buyer's Premium is retained by the auctioneer and is non-refundable.

Pennsylvania Residents must add 6% PA Sales Tax to the total gross amount of invoice. This Sales Tax will be charged to PA residents only. To establish yourself as a Tax-Exempt buyer you must provide us with a copy of your valid reseller's certificate. Any person claiming tax exemption and is unable to provide proof will be required to pay Pennsylvania Sales Tax.

Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card registered with HiBid for bidding approval.

Payment Options: Visa, Master Card, Discover, Wire Transfer.

We will charge the credit card you have registered with HiBid at the conclusion of the auction, unless you have previously notified us you will be picking up and paying cash. Please verify that the credit card you have on file with HiBid is a good card. If full payment is not made or if credit card is declined for any reason, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears, otherwise the item(s) are declared abandoned by you with no further claims to ownership by you and no return of funds.

There will be an additional charge for shipping and handling (if applicable) once those charges are calculated.

Wire transfer is required for shipped items which total $500 or more.

Local Pickup items will be provided with a pickup address when pickup date/time is arranged. Pickup location will be within the Hellertown, PA U.S. Postal Service area.

Schedule your pickup using the ShippingSaint.com link that will be sent to winners only via email or text message.

We DO NOT ship Furniture. All Furniture is for Local Pickup only. If you are picking up furniture, bring your own vehicle, labor and supplies for moving.


Shipping is available for most smaller items. Shipping is done in house; you will receive a notice from ShippingSaint.com regarding your shipping charges and payment information within approximately two weeks after completion of the auction. On rare occasions shipping may take longer, especially around holidays.

Notice: Should the buyer reject shipping charges, within 15 days, the item(s) will be considered abandoned, and possession reverts to the auctioneer and/or original seller who may resell said item(s) and retain all proceeds as liquidated damages and costs of removal or disposal.

Notice: Items will ONLY be shipped to the address registered with Hibid. No "change of address" requests will be accepted. Be sure your Hibid information is correct.

Bear in mind we are an Auction Company, not a Shipping Company. We try our best to expedite shipping at a reasonable cost, but some items simply require additional care and attention. Please do not bid if you are not willing to pay the additional cost of shipping & handling.

All items are sold AS-IS, as pictured, with no guarantee express or implied. All items not paid for or picked up within 15 days will be resold or disposed of and any sale dollar amounts will be kept for storage costs. All sales are final. There are no returns or right of refusal. All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law.

We reserve the right to withdraw any item(s) prior to sale.

We reserve the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder, acknowledged by the auctioneer, will be the purchaser.

If we are prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason, from delivering any item(s) to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum actually paid by the purchaser and, under no circumstances, include any incidental or consequential damages.

In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and/or extend the auction to another date and/or time. The auctioneer is not responsible for any local power failures or internet disruption before, during or after the auction.

Reserves: some items in this auction may be subject to reserve (the confidential minimum price for which an item may be sold). If a lot is offered with reserve, we may implement that reserve by bidding on behalf of the consignor up to the amount of that reserve. The auctioneer is not permitted to make the opening bid on this item. If no opening bid is received, we will pass the item.

Once the auction is over, if you have won an item, your registered credit card will be charged unless you have notified us that you will pick up your item(s) and are paying cash.

Registering to bid constitutes your acceptance of all aforementioned terms. By bidding you agree to be bound by all these terms and conditions. No exceptions!
