• THIS IS A CASH/CASH APP/VENMO ONLY SALE. No credit cards/checks will be taken. • NO SMALL CHILDREN Under 10 yrs of age WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE HOME. Too many breakables. NO EXCEPTIONS. • This is a raised home on the canal with (about 20 steps to get in. The home itself is small so space will be limited. Too many breakables. Items will also be in the garage below. • YOU MUST bring your own help to load large furniture. Our staff will be unable to assist. Please do not ask. We will have one dolly on site that can be used. • NO large purses, back-packs or strollers allowed. • We will have HOLDING TABLES that are clearly marked. • NO Refunds or Exchanges. Items purchased are as-is. Please be sure to examine all merchandise prior to purchasing. Vintage items are just that. They have years of love on them. • We will have some boxes on site BUT please bring packing materials for breakables. • Pick-Up Times for ALL furniture – Pick up items @ 4:30 only Friday/Saturday due to limited space and not to interfere with customers. ALL items MUST be picked up by 3pm Sunday. NO HOLDS or refunds if not picked up. PARKING WILL BE TIGHT AT THIS HOME. |
