Grasons Co South Bay Beachside is honored to present you with a great 4-Day Warehouse Estate Sale in Gardena. This Gardena commercial space met with fire last month & my client must now vacate his 1,500 sq ft space packed with treasures & collectables. PLEASE NO BOXES THE DAY PRIOR. Sign-in sheet will be placed outside the warehouse gate at 7am the 1st day of the sale. The sign in sheet is used to see who gets in first at the grand opening of the sale as well as help us practice social distancing throughout the sale. Doors open at 8am. All items that are reserved in the hold area must be paid for in full. As always, please be respectful to the neighboring homes, other warehouse tenants, and Grasons Co. staff. Please utilize the ample free street parking while shopping. Street Sweeping is only 6am - 8am on Thursday on one side of the street. We also have use of the private parking lot for easy loading. We can’t wait to see you!
