All sales are final. Examine items carefully before purchasing! We reserve the right to check large purses or bags at the cashier station and to charge correct pricing on items which have removed, changed or altered price stickers. Cash, checks (run through the TeleCheck system,) VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express accepted, debit or credit card totals over $10 appreciated. Brie’s does not charge you fees to use cards!
Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. We use an automated line manager system to determine the entry order into the home, signup is at BRIESLINE.COM. The signups for ALL SALES launch at 5:00 PM Wednesday evening prior to the start of the sale and at 5:00 PM the day before each subsequent sale day. After signup, you will receive a text with a ticket confirming your position in line. When it is your turn to enter the home, we will text you using this system and you will have access to a status page which will let you know where you are in line. If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office. |

We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 15 at one time. There will be NO bathrooms available for public use. Mask wearing will be OPTIONAL but encouraged for those who are immunocompromised or not fully vaccinated. This 1,200 square foot 3-bedroom mid-century home built in 1953 features nearly 70 years of accumulation from its original owners. There is vintage traditional furniture, original art, home and holiday decor, European collectibles, tools, outdoor furniture and more. Other highlights are the teak wall unit sent here from Europe, the vintage German Christmas ornaments and the game table and chairs.
